Spacious with all amenities, fully equipped kitchen. Many small details were taken care of. Easy check-in and check-out. Host was great.

9 because of the Street, which looked not very good

Broken rail for bath towel… A few missing functional utensils / items for cooking : eg kitchen towels and larger pots etc

Excellent location, plenty of room as the bedrooms and living space are large, the en-suite in one bedroom is a great idea, very good kitchen (though we only made tea!). The location was very buzzy - really didn’t expect the range of bars, restaurants and cafes (a shout out here for the Badger!). There is a steep flight of stairs up to the apartment, and when you open the windows the ‘buzzy’ comes in for a bit, but it’s a city so that’s fine with us!

The steps going up were a bit painful for me and my busted knee, but for most people they will be fine

The apartment was fairly clean and comfortable. The location was not in the city center, but it was still good and you could walk everywhere. It was a good option for three people because we had a living room and a common space to relax.

After booking, I received a request to enter my card details through an external link. This was not clearly explained in the instructions or on Booking. I had to call Booking to confirm it was safe, and the whole process was stressful. Some things in the apartment were broken. You don’t see it at first, but when you try to use them you notice. The kitchen sponge was used, not new, which felt a bit unhygienic. The curtains had mold, which was very unpleasant. The first Wi-Fi password did not work. They gave me another one, but the connection in some parts of the apartment was still weak.
