Denia privat room 5min walk from Railstation

The house is very beautiful and the location is excellent, just 10 minutes from the city center. Excellent cleaning service throughout my stay. I found the house clean very often.

I didn’t like the lack of assistance. On the first night I arrived, I had problems with the boiler because there was no hot water. I tried to contact the host, but I got no response. The same thing happened in the following days when I had issues with the heating in my room. I tried to contact the host again, but there was still no response. I spent my entire 15-day stay without heating in my room, and there were many days of bad weather and cold temperatures! Besides this, I was unlucky to have very dirty and noisy roommates. Unfortunately, you can hear everything in the house, which is not very pleasant. Lastly, because of my mistake in calculating the check-out time, I received a phone call from Dario, who spoke in a very agitated and rude manner.
