Comfortable and nice in Annemasse
Location suited my needs perfect, 3 minutes from the station on foot and 20mins by train to the city. Its also the gateway to the french villages of Evian de Bains, Chamonix and Annecy. The appartment is of generous size, cosy, well equipped and eloquantly decorated. My need to use the kitchen was matched with a modern stove and oven and sufficient utensils. The appartment is quiet, no noise from streets etc. The allocated parking space inside the premises was a welcomed benefit. Plenty of car rental options available at the railway station in Annemasse. Check in/out smooth, hoast are responsive. Highly recommended.
A bedroom window which was not flush and lets cold air thru, but this seems to be in the process of being taken care of.

Bel appartement fonctionnel et proche gare
Appartement fonctionnel et proche Genève. Bien équipé. Bien desservi car à côté de la gare d'Annemasse.
RAS mais faire très attention à garder la boîte à clefs avec vous dans l'appartement car il a fallu régler 120 euros vu qu'on l'avait laissée à sa place et du coup une personne l'a volée .

​Bien situé et très sécurisé , idéal pour un séjour en famille
Parfaitement conforme à la description, ce logement est idéalement situé, à proximité de la gare d'Annemasse. C'est un point fort majeur pour se déplacer facilement vers Genève, annecy, et même lyon. Les instructions d'accès étaient très claires, et la maison est bien équipée, offrant tout le nécessaire pour un séjour confortable. De plus, nous nous sommes sentis en totale sécurité dans la résidence. Un emplacement vraiment idéal ! 
Quelques petits points à noter, qui n'ont toutefois pas gâché notre séjour. Le Wi-Fi était instable, ce qui était un peu gênant. Il serait peut-être utile de vérifier la connexion avec l'opérateur FREE ou l'équipement pour l'améliorer, et le salon est peu lumineux

Sehr ruhige und zentrale Lage des Appartments. Die Vermieterin sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit und jederzeit erreichbar.
Die Unterkunft liegt in eine Seitenstraße und ist sehr ruhig. Zentrale Lage und zu Fuß das Zentrum gut erreichbar.
Es gibt keine Kritikpunkte. Alles war toll 😊

Tout proche de la gare.
Dans le descriptif on ne signale pas que l’immeuble et en retrait de la route et derrière une grande bâtisse et avec des arbres de 20 mètres de hauts. La location et au Rez de chaussée et donc TRÈS SOMBRE avec en plus le balcon du 1 étage qui nous met encore moins de luminosité en sachant qu’il ni a qu’une fenêtre pour la pièce à vivre et la cuisine , donc toujours obligé de mettre la lumière. Par contre la literie et la cuisine et Sdb très bien .
