Beautiful but uncomfortable

design

We couldn't get into the apartment for 1 hour, it was very difficult, we had a baby in our arms. Thanks to the tips here in the reviews. The surfaces in the apartment are dirty, the whole kitchen is greasy, the windows have stains. Pillowcases with mold. There was no soap, shampoo. Very small lift for a stroller. They didn't give the Wi-Fi password right away, the one you need, it's a whole quest to find out something from the landlord. P.S. Bienvenue and A big

The apartment and facilities are fine for a short trip. The sofa bed is not so comfortable and a bit shaky. The internet works well and is stable, the restaurants around are nice and you can walk to the centre of Annemasse town.

The instructions to get the keys are not clear and it made us lose time and we were scared of not getting in the flat. The key box is behind a bush on the left of the building, really far from the entrance. At night it would be impossible to spot. The kind people of the restaurant next door, told us where the keybox was, without them we would not have seen it. The apartment is the first to the left when you get out of the lift. This also was not clearly indicated. We had to try all the doors on the floor. So this is something that was annoying and not necessary. Maybe the host should consider adding clearer descriptions and maybe add pictures as well.

Très beau logement j’ai beaucoup aimé la déco , agréable ,confortable, tout équipé ,logement très bien situé proche des commerces avec parking gratuit ce qui est très appréciable , très bonne communication avec l’hôte. Merci encore pour ce séjour. Nous reviendrons avec plaisir.

Lorsque nous somme arrivé, nous avons eu du mal à trouver l’appartement car le lien envoyé pour les explications d’entrée n’était pas accessible, le boîtier à clé n’était donc pas indiqué, dans le noir il est assez difficile à repérer ( dehors au fond à gauche de la porte du bâtiment sur un muret) l’étage n’était également pas communiqué, nous avons dû nous référé à un commentaire qui disait que l’appartement ce situe à gauche de l’ascenseur mais sans donner l’étage, nous avons donc dû demander aux voisins ce qui en a énerver plus d’uns😬, nous avons finalement trouvé l’appartement( au 2 eme étage) en essayant de rentrer avec la clé à chaque étage ce qui était assez gênant. Un vrai escape game finalement🤣

Ein Erlebnis der absurden Art!

Das kleine Appartement ist nett eingerichtet und in der Umgebung gibt es Bäckerei und Supermarkt. Man läuft ungefähr 15 Minuten zur Straßenbahn, mit der man problemlos die Genfer Innenstadt erreicht.

1. Das Appartement liegt in einem großen Wohnblock. Der Schlüssel sollte laut Mail in einem Schließfach hinterlegt sein. Dieses befand sich aber nicht nahe der Eingangstür, sondern recht unscheinbar etliche Meter entfernt an einer Mauer, ohne Kennzeichnung, dass die Box zum Appartement gehört. Immerhin stimmte der zugesandte Code und der Eingang zur Wohnanlage ließ sich problemlos öffnen. Doch dann begann die Suche nach dem Appartement! Es gab keinerlei Hinweis im Haus, welche der Wohnungen unsere Ferienwohnung sein soll. Mehrere Anrufe bei der angegebenen Nummer waren erfolglos, es war immer nur ein Besetztsignal zu hören. Also schauten wir tatsächlich auf jedes Türschild in den sechs Stockwerken - nirgendwo stand "Chez Chris" drauf. Uns blieb nichts anderes übrig, als bei einer Anwohnerin zu klingeln und zu fragen, ob sie uns sagen könne, welche der Wohnungen als Ferienappartement vermietet wird. Sie reagierte äußerst erbost und teilte uns mit, sie wisse von nichts. (Im Nachhinein stellte sich heraus, dass es die Wohnung nebenan war). Ein Herr im oberen Stockwerk hatte schließlich Erbarmen mit uns und zeigte uns den richtigen Eingang. Eine nervenaufreibenden Stunde nach unserer Ankunft konnten wir dann endlich ins Appartement. 2. Familien kann man das Appartement nicht empfehlen. Als unser fünfjähriger Sohn untertags mal etwas lauter war, hat sofort jemand Sturm geklingelt und sich beschwert. (Wir hörten hingegen auch noch nachts um Drei Getrampel / Gespräche im Treppenhaus).

Nous avons passez une bonne semaine avec de belles escapades

Appartement très convenable avec tout confort dans un quartier calme qui correspond bien aux photos du descriptif. Parking en sous sol très appréciable. Très proche de la frontière Suisse et du Lac Leman permettant les visites autour du lac. A voir les villages de Nernier, Yvoire... Thonon les Bains... Evian les Bains...

Personnellement, nous avons eu du mal a trouver la boîte à clefs malgré les photos envoyées.

L'emplacement géographique de l'appartement est vraiment super. L'appartement est vraiment confortable, on se sent chez soi et le parking est également un plus majeur. Nous avons aimé notre séjour

Wäre super hätte es die Probleme beim Check in nicht gegeben.

Ich habe keine genaue Angabe erhalten wo sich die Schlüsselbox befindet. Ich konnte den Gastgeber telefonisch nicht erreichen. Auch Booking. com nicht. Durch reinen Zufall konnten wir die Schlüsselbox finden. Zudem wurde uns ein nicht korrekter Code für das Internet per Internet gegeben. Anstatt Bienvenue... stand Willkommen... Auf einem kleinen Zettel im Wohnzimmer stand der korrekte Code.

Rien. Tout a été gâché par le comportement du propriétaire et du gestionnaire.

De nuit le coffret des clés est quasi invisible.De plus le gestionnaire à qui est confié l'appartement ne le connait pas. Le lit etait impraticable. Il sommier était cassé et maintenu par une valise! Pour finir le gestionnaire (ou le propriétaire) ont menti en prétendant que je m'étais pas présenté à l'appartement. Et pour finir, ils ont refusé de rembourser la location malgré leur incapacité à réparer le lit.
