The stay was negatively affected by an unwelcoming and safety-concerning neighbourhood, unclear acce

The location of the apartment was 10 minutes walk to the train station. Convenient for quick dash to Geneva.

The apartment itself may suit some travellers, but I found the immediate neighbourhood concerning in terms of safety and general environment. The surrounding area felt neglected and unwelcoming, particularly during winter, with a run-down appearance and high-density housing that contributed to an overall gloomy atmosphere. Safety was a recurring concern. Announcements at the nearby train station specifically warned passengers about pickpocketing, which reinforced an existing sense of unease. In addition, traffic behaviour around the apartment was poor, with drivers often failing to give way to pedestrians, even at designated crossings. Accessing the apartment for the first time was more difficult than expected. The instructions were overly optimistic and lacked clarity, particularly regarding the RFID entry system, which was not clearly explained and caused confusion after a long journey. There were also issues inside the apartment. The washing machine, which uses internal flaps rather than a standard front- or top-loading system, came with no written instructions. No guidance was provided in the guest information or placed near the machine, which led to avoidable problems during our stay.

Les indications pour récupérer les clés et surtout trouver le parking n’étaient pas très évidentes. La boîte à clé usée rendait les choses compliquées

El alojamiento es justo lo que se necesita para pasar una noche o dos.

Han pasado 10 días y aún no he recibido el reembolso de mi fianza de 250€. Cuando entramos olía a tabaco la habitación sobre todo y podría estar más limpio (sobre todo los utensilios de cocina) y hacía frío, no conseguimos que funcionase la calefacción y el nórdico que había estaba sucio así que pasamos un poco de frío ese par de noches.

Ondergrondse garage met prive parkeerplek, grote ruimte met wasmachine en wasrek. Lift. Dichtbij Genève.

Communicatie: ik kreeg geen reactie op mijn vragen/ zorgen. Meubel: stoelpoot zat los en brak, waardoor mijn zoon op de grond viel en een schram op zijn been kreeg. Slechts 3 kussens en handdoeken, terwijl we met zijn vieren zijn. Buurt: buiten lawaai, wanneer je de ramen opent. Vuilniscontainers recht onder de woonkamer/balkonraam.

Сами апартаменты хорошие, чисто, есть все

Но то как сотрудник работает- это ужасно. Отправил инструкцию для входа в виде презентации, здесь стоит задуматься, что когда ты путешественник , то интернет не всегда хорошо работает, и надо делать инструкцию в соответствии с использование трафика интернета. Сотрудник не сразу отправил код, где нужно забрать ключи, а ключи находятся у офиса( который в др здании и всегда закрыт).

Location très pratique, à 2 pas de tout et 1 garage !!

- bien pratique cette location à 2 pas de tout - bonne logistique - côté très pratique d'avoir un garage vu la grande difficulté des travaux et des places de parking dans la ville - l'appartement était très propre, top

- petite difficulté à récupérer les clefs, alors que nous étions arrivés dans les horaires d'ouvertures de l'agence (nous n'avions pas vu tout de suite le code de la boîte à clef dans le mail reçu, sans smartphone ... vous êtes à l'abandon) - dommage que la porte de l'immeuble donnant sur la rue soit condamnée - à noter qu'il n'y a pas assez de couvert dans la cuisine (surtout pour une location qui peut monter à 4 personnes)
