안전을 위한 조치라고 생각하지만, 출입할 때 입구에서 2개의 문을 열어야 하는 것은 조금은 불편했습니다.

Location was very convinient.

The hosts could have been more polite. We had an incident whereby we arrived early than the expected time of 5pm. This led to a dispute over the phone. Although, they were right to point out that they would be doing us a favor to allow us access by 2pm (we arrived at around midday), it was not necessary for the host to insult me personally over the phone; he called me a child, shouted at me telling me to 'shut up' and even threatened to punish me by allowing us access to the property at 5pm. By this time, I accepted whatever they would decide and personally refrained from talking to them, letting my supervisor talk to them, eventually, we were given access at around 2pm. The female host (Oceanie) later sent me a message clarifying that they did not intend to insult me but by the time, the damage was already done. I did promise them that I would give these details in my review. We also had the issue of the security deposit that was not expected as it was not part of the documents we had read prior to paying for the property, this was resolved amicably though. Regardless of the attitude of the hosts, the property was good.
