Beautiful new apartment, clean with exceptionally nice views, and location.

The check in proces is bad. Was getting bombarded with messages to do online check in with required scans of ID documents and selfie picture - very unusual. Early check in costs extra but “is not guarantied” Address was confusing, never making clear it is in La Quinta. Team member has to drive across town to do the check in in person. But was late while we wait in the street not knowing where to go.

Great views - very smart and modern

Felt the booking in was very confusing - the concierge name and number we were given was wrong as he was elsewhere - when we rang again we were given another name with the wrong phone number. And we had to wait outside for him to arrive Also it wasn’t clear at the outset that the apartments and hotel were run separately . The concierge was a bit superfluous as he didn’t really tell us much. I also was a bit taken aback to be told at the confirmation that the parking was stacker parking which I didn’t feel,confident to use

I just loved everything about it actually. Very clean and tidy comfortable couch to kick back and watch giant tv. The bed in master room is so good like laying In a cloud ... Oh and nice big space too through out whole appartment . I didn't want to leave .
