Many defects and Looks much better on the pictures as it is.

Airconditionings are available.

The reason to choose this place was the airco's. They did not work. After an hour I got contact with the advice on how to get it to work again: standing on the roof on a chair and switching it off and on again by improvising using the tube of vacuum cleaner. The next day, the airco's had another error, and I had to do the same thing three times over again to get it to work. The plates and utensils in the kitchen we had to wash since they were still wet and dirty. The switch of the upstairs light is only downstairs, reached by incredibly steep and high stairs. In front of the apartment door, the stairs are of the same dangerous type, Here there was no working light available. Dangerous! The toilet flush button, the flow of the bathroom sink, and the power plug near the ironing board are defective to not working. The images on booking.com give a fake view of how everything is sorted and looking and situated, like how basic the kitchen is. This is only a part of the bad points of this place. We need another night, luckily we had to find also found another cheaper and better place (worse wasn't really possible).

It met our needs. - Great location (10 min walk to grocery store). - Spacious main bedroom - Good for a short stay. Great to have self-catering

- Stairs to unit and to bedroom quite steep( felt like climbing up and down a ladder) - View/access to balcony has potential. Currently unpleasant as it appeared to be there’s construction work in progress. - Queries about use of my personal data that collected and data retention policy - no response received from host (GDPR).

Ok für einen kurzen Aufenthalt für max.2 Personen.

Gute Lage ins Zentrum. Schlafzimmer und Bad sind modern.

Das Sofa (=dritter Schlafplatz) war sehr schmuddelig und kaum Platz es auszuziehen, da in der Küche. Der Küchentisch komplett wackelig, der Balkon verdreckt von Sanierungsresten und Zigaretten. Im Bad gibt es keinen einzigen Handtuchhalter.

Akelig, slecht geregeld en verschrikkelijk. Wel vriendelijke host!

Bij aanvang merkten wij dat er een rugtas lag met precies bloed vlekken op. Dit was akelig dus we belde de host, vriendelijke man kwam gelijk naar ons om deze zak te verwijderen. Wij voelden ons hier uiteraard heel onveilig. Hij heeft ons een ander appartement aangeboden, wij zijn hier naar toe gereden, dure parking betaald. Uiteindelijk aangekomen, hier was geen huissleutel te vinden, iemand anders had deze dus in beslag. Man paar keer gebeld, uiteindelijk bereikt en omdat het te onveilig was om hier te overnachten hebben wij om 00:00uur nog een ander hotel moeten boeken. We kwamen om 21u aan in Eindhoven …Heel erg dat onze avond hierdoor verpest werd. Er werd beloofd ons geld terug te krijgen en dit zullen we hopelijk zo snel mogelijk ontvangen. als 4 jonge meiden zo iets ervaren is on aangenaam.

Door de afzuiging een extreem koude badkamer ook na het douche, dit was helaas niet anders.

Locul drăguț și confortabil. Căldură bună. Curățenie. Poziționare relativ aproape de centru. La 30 minute de mers pe jos. Magazin aproape. Recomand!

Scările puțin abrupte. Si lacătul nefuncțional de la intrare.
