The property was clean and comfortable and equipped with all necessary facilities. The building was very safe and secure. The location was excellent ! Just a short stroll from Flinders Street Station and key tram routes, also to the Arts Centre and Gallery, Shopping, with restaurants and cafes on the doorstep. I can recommend the gelateria almost opposite. If your goal is to explore all that Melbourne has to offer it would be hard to beat this location.

Overall the stay was good.
I'm not happy with the time it took to get my bond payment returned (AU$1000). Their policy specifically said they will return the bond within 7 days of checked out, but it took full 14 days after few emails asking them that I have not received the bond refund (and no response from them) - when checking out, I've sent them photos that the apartment is left in a clean and tidy state. They expect guests to follow their policy but they don't follow their own. I'm very disappointed in that aspect.
