Set within a secure building on Collins Street, this compact apartment offers a hassle-free, practical base for experiencing Melbourne. The entry opens to an open-plan living area where a leather sofa, armchair, and wall-mounted TV create a relaxed spot to unwind after a day in the city.

The kitchen comes fully equipped with an oven, stovetop, dishwasher, microwave, and fridge, plus thoughtful extras like a toaster, kettle, French press, and wine glasses. Whether you're cooking in or bringing back takeaway from one of the many nearby eateries along the famous Flinders Lane, the dining table offers a cosy corner to enjoy your meals.

Down the hallway are two peaceful bedrooms, each with soft bedding and ample storage. The primary bedroom features a queen bed and private access to the family bathroom, while the second bedroom includes a double bed in a snug, functional layout. The bathroom offers a full-size bathtub with an overhead shower and complimentary toiletries. Hidden behind a compact cupboard in the kitchen is a private laundry area equipped with a washer, iron, and drying rack, making it ideal for longer stays.

Central air conditioning and heating ensure a comfortable stay in any season. The building offers secure lift access. While parking is not available, tram stops within the free tram zone are right outside, making it easy to get around the CBD. Kindly note that street parking in the area has time restrictions.

You're also just a six-minute walk from the Yarra River, seven minutes to Fed Square, and nine minutes to Chinatown. Free tram stops are right outside, with Flinders Street Station just a four-minute walk away for easy city access.

Guests will not have access to the letterbox. If you’re expecting any mail during your stay, we recommend having it sent to the local post office for pick up.

Council restrictions do not allow us to set up lockboxes for keys in this area. Standard check-in time for meet-and-greet is from 3pm-8pm. Check-in after 8pm will incur a $35 fee. If you are running late to meet our key handler, please let us know ASAP. We will need to charge $50 per hour for late arrival to meet our key handler, as this is what the service charges us.
