• Laundry with Washing machine.
• All linen, doonas, bed sheets and bath towels included.
• Ironing Facility available.
• Valuables, Security Safe in Apartment.
• The apartment has had a recent makeover carried out so everything is fresh and new.
• New Carpet, Tiles, Paint and Furniture.

House Rules:
• No Smoking. Only permitted on outside balcony.
• No Pets,
• This apartment is also sometimes OUR home so please respect it as we will present it in a spotless condition for you also to enjoy.
• You will be charged a cleaning fee to cover reasonable cleaning costs. However if you leave the apartment in an Unreasonably dirty state we will charge you an additional cost of cleaning.
• Respect other tenants’ privacy by keeping early hour’s noise to a minimum.
• Any damage to the furniture or walls will be charged.
• Lost Keys and Security Fobs will be charged $70.00 per set.
• Our Accommodation is NOT a Serviced Apartment. We do not have Servants looking after you. Guests have a responsibility to leave the apartment in a reasonably clean and tidy manner. Put away ALL Plates, Glasses and Utensils. To return ALL items in the Kitchen, Living, Bathroom and Bedroom Areas as they were found.

Accommodation Booking Policy:
• Minimum of 2 nights stay.
• $300.00. Deposit required to secure your booking request. After it has been officially accepted your deposit becomes the Security Bond.
• Loss of keys and Security Fobs will be charged at $70.00 per set.
• The Deposit will NOT be refunded if cancellation is made 2 weeks prior to you arrival.
• Weekly and Monthly rates available.

Please note, that if you are a party of more than 4 and would like to stay in the same location let us know as we have contact with another apartment in the same building.

Travellers won’t be disappointed with this accommodation. Maria is a wonderful host who provides extremely helpful information no y only about the property itself but helpful tips about Melbourne and surrounding things of interest. The property’s location is fantastic, with Tram stop right out the front. The apartment is extremely comfortable with everything a traveller needs. We would definitely stay again!

Ivo and Maria’s apartment offers everything of comfort for a long or short stay in the heart of Melbourne. Ivo was waiting for us in the lobby to welcome us and show us around, and through out our stay was easy to reach and communicated well. The apartment was very clean and simply laid out, with plenty of provisions in the kitchen, including fresh milk. Crisp sheets, fluffy towels and plenty of toiletries. Main bedroom was spacious, second bedroom is a bit small for the suitcases to fit in, but still we had no issues as there was plenty of hanging space in both rooms. The balcony was an extra bonus. Excellently positioned, with a tram stop outside on Collins, and around the corner at Swanston St. Flinders St Station is a 6 min walk away. The many famous laneways, eateries and shopping are all within walking distance. Excellent position!We had a wonderful stay, highly recommended and would come again.
