It is in a fantastic location which was accessible and close to everything. We were able to park our car at the apartment and walk everywhere in Melbourne that we wanted to go.
There wasn’t much we didn’t like. Everything was good for us.

The location and the building security. Easy enough to get an uber esp since the trams weren't operating properly.
We thought it had a sofa bed but it was only a sofa so I ended up sharing a bed with one of my daughters. The rug under the coffee table was very hard / uncomfortable under foot and the coffee table took up quite a bit of the loungeroom space, and all 3 of us walked into at one point over the course of our stay. These are the things I would change (sofa to an actual sofa bed, a smaller coffee table, and a softer rug) Otherwise everything was fabulous.
