The location is very convenient

During our stay the induction stove and the heater in the common area seem not working well and there also do not have the w/m detergent but when we informed owner, he responded very fast.

I chose this property for its location, size and convenience for 2 couples to share. Right opposite the Spencer Street bus station, the DFO and a lot of food choices, it was ideal. After flying in from Adelaide and Brisbane and taking the Skybus from the airport we could meet up, have lunch, get some groceries for the next few days and then walk across the road to get the keys and move in. Brian made it quite easy to get in and then check out. Trams were a short walk away and could take you anywhere you wanted to go. There was a taxi rank across the road and a luggage storage shop just a few doors down for us to store our cases after we checked out until we flew out later that day. It was clean, comfortable and seem to be well stocked but we didn't cook so don't really know. I would definitely stay here again. Thanks Brian.

There was nothing we didn't like but were a bit wary of the glass dining table as it was a little wonky when we played some card games. Also, this is just a comment not a complaint, but I have a back issue, and I never get a comfortable chair to sit in anywhere we stay but that seems to be just the way it goes in a rental. Maybe next time!

The location was awesome, just across the road from Coles and Southern Cross train station. Very quiet in the apartment, no train or traffic noise. Located on the free tram circuit, so getting around was a breeze
