There was a bit of a mix up regarding keys to the Carpark etc, the carpark keys were not with the apartment keys at the pickup reception.
We got there in the end. Hosts were helpful.
Carpark keys needed to be left with apartment keys. It wasted a lot of time trying to get into the carpark and apartment.
There was no milk or sugar and limited tea and coffee available, we had to buy our own.

Location.
It wasn’t clean. The balcony & windows were filthy. I had to clean the fridge. The en suite smells bad, the ensuite shower heats up & you can’t cool it down & the ensuite shower fan does not switch off so is noisy. The plaster is coming off by the front door.

Bathroom light wasn’t working on arrive, had to vacuum the rooms before we could use them freely

The bed linen wasn’t cleaned on arrival. Not enough supply for toilet tissues.
