Very convenient location & close to everything.
Amazing views from the apartment
Comfortable beds and pillows
Good amenities like pool sauna and washer dryer, dishwasher, microwave, fridge and stove top
Checkin time is 3p vs the 2p for most properties. An early check-in would have been appreciated.
Property requires a bit of maintenance to fix up some broken items. These were notified to the hosts.
Lastly would have appreciated extra set of napkins and tea towels to cover for 5 persons staying for 5 days.

Great location and host is very communicative which is very helpful.
The checkin process can be tricky due to different location to get keys and parking issues in the city.

Central location.
Lack of water pressure.
Poor internet connection.
Broken toilet seat.
Plates didn't fit into dishwasher.
Fry bent out of shape.

Good location - lovely apartment - great view
Cold - we were freezing. One heater for whole apartment. Heat did not reach bedrooms or shower rooms. Bedding fresh & clean but showers both mouldy. Sofa bed uncomfortable. WiFi really poor - barely enough to watch television.
