The apartment is very well located, and there is no lack of equipment, there is everything to have a good stay. The owner can be reached at any time
The only real problem is the key, we were 4 with a single key and we had different working hours it disturbed the stay a little, it’s the only downside to be corrected otherwise everything is great.

Location next to the shopping outlet and food.
Small apartment 1 bathroom, dirty cushions dirty carpet and on 30th floor.

Location was awesome - right across the road from Southern Cross Station and Coles.
Bedrooms good size.
Beds were comfortable.
Lovely view from the 30th floor.
Very nice building with good security.
Very little cupboard space to hang and pack your clothes especially when you are staying for a couple of days.
Living space very small with only one couch to comfortably fit 2 people. We were a family of 4.
Kitchen needs more crockery and cutlery.
Whoever cleans the unit needs to move the beds - there was a LOT of dust behind them.
The noise of the trains and traffic (Melbourne doesn't sleep) was a lot.
