Location is central to train, tram station and with in reach to places of interest. Convince location to shops, especially Coles for supplies.
No on site parking. Nearby parking is expensive and hassle. Single bed and pillows found to be on the soft side, uncomfortable and aching. TV is small for the room size and internet is poor. Found kitchen cabinet door detached/broken. AC is insufficient.

Good location and great communication when it comes to key pick up. Easy and quick
The apartment was extremely dirty, the balcony door was broken so we couldn’t get outside and the matresses were old and uncomfortable
