Location for Southbank and CBD trams available although we walked everywhere during our stay.
Check in could have been easier with regards to collecting the keys

The two bedroom, two bathroom apartment was perfect for our four night stay. We've stayed in the Neo building before and it is so convenient to be directly across from Southern Cross station. The apartment itself was very clean and spacious and well appointed. The bathrooms were large and clean with plenty of shelf space, and the kitchen had everything you'd need for preparing and cooking a meal. The hosts were extremely attentive and responded immediately when we reported the TV had stopped working. The next afternoon it was replaced with a brand new one, so my husband was able to watch his beloved Geelong team play that night!
Nothing at all to dislike, but everything to recommend!
