CBD Living on Spencer - Pool, Gym & Parking

Toilet seat did not fit the bowl. Low water pressure in shower.

The pool was great, the staff were exceptional and great with communication. We would definitely stay there again. The key collection is from a shop at the bottom of the building and the car park is very easy to access and use. We have a 7 seater SUV and found the parking to be quite generous. We had 2 adults, a child and infant stay here. We had plenty of room for a portacot and space for the child to dance around and play. The kitchen was great too.

If I'm being extremely picky it can be a little noisy but by 10:30 its fairly quiet. Its right across the road from Southern Cross train station so there can be a few characters around, but it didnt cause us any issues.

The space was ample and the view was beautiful, and the location was perfect.

The shower didn’t get very hot so we mostly had cold showers the whole time we were there, plus no pressure. The couch had cigarette burns in it and all the dining chairs were terrible to sit on. The TV didn’t work properly and the signal would drop out regularly, plus the remote is practically broken and even though I raised this issue and someone came to fix it, it didn’t get sorted and the problem continued.
