地點非常好，對面Coles很大、商品多樣性，滿足生活需求。
屋內整潔是優良的，但第一天使用抽風機，整個屋子都是煎牛排的味道，但我們沒有煎牛排。味道四處殘留，連關門都防止不了被子染上味道。由於覺得聞這味道睡覺真的非常噁心，隔天拆下抽油煙機濾網一看，才發現上面的油垢已經不知道多久沒有清。

Clean, comfortable and convenient
Unfortunately the major road works in Spencer St, noisy day after day(4am till 10.30 at night) were very annoying.
