Beautiful and cozy apartment
Everything was good
9 / 10Outstanding·Oct 2026
Key collection was a few doors down from where we were staying, very simple process.
The only downside was the broken shower head, meaning you had to hold it while showering. This was a little inconvenient, especially with younger kids wanting privacy.

The building is in a great spot. The apartment itself was very comfortable. I liked the powerpoints in the bedroom and lounge - very handy. The furniture was comfy, the TV good and the balcony a good size.
We did have trouble removing the key from the lock bit of a frustration but it was resolved by contacting Booking.com .

The location was great being close to Spencer street station and therefore the skybus terminal meaning we didn’t have to travel far with luggage
The property was generally unclean, the bedsheets were stained and we would be ‘fined’ if we used spares, the aircon stunk like damp mould clothes, cutlery was very well used, carpets had crummy mess near the beds. It was also impossible to contact the owners either directly, through Booking.com, or via phone call.
