Great location, awesome view, lovely apartment.
The air conditioner struggled with cold temperature. It needed a better clean before we got there.

Location was perfect, just a 2 minute walk from the Southern Cross station. Beautiful views of the city, especially at night and sunset. There are two bathrooms which is really helpful plus a washer and dryer.
The bedroom has no windows so it can get a little dull. Also there are no hooks to hang clothes in the bathroom.

Location was wonderful & of course the view was nice.
Property was little dirty, broken flooring, broken door handle, bathroom tap was leaking so flooded the toilet area, kitchen didn’t have trays to use the oven was pointless, we had a 3rd person staying no extra towels, no extra pillows with covers or blankets, sofa pull out was HORRENDOUS really thin and springs were uncomfortable, not recommended for sleeping, I messaged the host on the day they never replied all week. I asked for the 2nd bed, towels, pillow covers etc. extremely poor. Can’t access so called balcony either & was really dirty.
