Location. Have stayed here before albeit under another agency. 2 bed and 2 bathroom - good price.
Only 1 set of keys (for a party of 4). Bathroom leaked and water pooled at bathroom door.

Good location close to a range of places to eat.
One of two lifts were out of order while we were staying in the apartment. Then on night two the only working lift stopped working forcing people to risk using the stairs from the top floor to get to their respective floor. What a nightmare. The apartment was neat and clean however from the main bedroom there was a loud scratching scraping noise literally all night. That needs to be looked into immediately. It made it impossible to get any sleep.
