Location was perfect in the city and close to the train station

Nothing really once I worked out the keys🤦‍♂️🤦‍♂️

Location and view.

Forgot to tell let property know we needed the sofa set up. Wasn’t a big deal though as the team were very responsive quickly.

Secure parking and building.

Other people had animals in the lift and in apartments, one animal was sick in the lift (disgusting) someone’s cat was running up the hallway of our floor. The balcony was very dirty which made it unusable, glass doors/windows didn’t seam to be double glazed for it was very noisy outside. No free to air tv. The room was very hot with no air flow due to no fly screens. The bathroom was not very clean at all there was scum and mould in the shower, dust near the toilet. The rug in the lounge room is very old and yuk. There was no quilt cover on quilt, the bed was very soft and the walls were very dirty. One light in the bedroom flickered as-well as the one at the entry.

Location and appliances

Hassle of picking and dropping keys particularly when reaching late at night and having luggage. Apartment should have been checked before arrival of guests to see everything is working. Experienced leaky shower hose, no wifi, filthy/unhygienic mattress and faulty intercom. Dishwasher also didn’t work for some days. Although addressed, these issues caused a lot of headache and discomfort.
