Location was perfect in the city and close to the train station

Location and view.
Forgot to tell let property know we needed the sofa set up. Wasn’t a big deal though as the team were very responsive quickly.

Secure parking and building.
Other people had animals in the lift and in apartments, one animal was sick in the lift (disgusting) someone’s cat was running up the hallway of our floor.
The balcony was very dirty which made it unusable, glass doors/windows didn’t seam to be double glazed for it was very noisy outside.
No free to air tv.
The room was very hot with no air flow due to no fly screens.
The bathroom was not very clean at all there was scum and mould in the shower, dust near the toilet.
The rug in the lounge room is very old and yuk.
There was no quilt cover on quilt, the bed was very soft and the walls were very dirty.
One light in the bedroom flickered as-well as the one at the entry.
