-3 min walk to free-tram stop that takes you to anywhere within docklands/city such as DFO South Wharf (bargains!)
-3 min walk to SKY BUS stop (100m). SKY BUS runs every 10mins from/to Melbourne airport.
-5 min walk to Southern Cross Main terminal Station
-10 min walk to Marvel Stadium (600 m)
-10 min walk to Flagstaff Gardens (MUST GO!!)
-15 min walk to Queen Victoria Market
-15 min walk to Emporium Melbourne (1.0 km)
-20 min walk to State Library of Victoria -15 min ride to Federation Square

We don`t recommend renting a car during your stay as parking is very expensive and it`s hard to find parking in the CBD. We recommend taking the free tram to get around! It`s free, convenient (3-5 mins walk), environmentally friendly and the trams are very frequent (5-15 mins frequency).
If you want to drive, we recommend doing it after you check out to do day trips! If you must, the nearest parking is at Spencer Outlet Centre which is 3-5 mins walk away. $24/ hour and overnight parking is available at $14. Please verify the fee at the Wilson website, we will not be held responsible if the rates have been updated.
Note there is a garbage chute on this floor, please dispose of your rubbish there after your stay.
Guests are required to provide a security deposit before check-in to cover damages or outstanding expenses during their stay. The security deposit is used only as insurance for damages and/or outstanding expenses incurred by the guest(s) during the stay at the property, excluding accommodation costs. In the case no damages have been incurred and/or all expenses incurred by the guest have been settled, the deposit will be released in full within 10 business days of check out.
We reserve the right to charge the credit card provided for damages/expenses that are not otherwise settled by the time of check out. The reasons Superhostly may charge for damages/expenses include, but are not limited to:
- Lost keys (up to $200 per key)
- Call out fee for lockouts ($100 during business hours, $200 outside business hours)
- Failure to leave property at agreed check-out time (up to additional cost incurred by Superhostly)
- Cleanliness issues resulting in additional cleaning ($100/hour)
- House rules violations (up to $400 based on cleaning costs)
- Damaged inventory or property (charged at cost for replacement/repair)
- Missing items (charged at cost for replacement)
- Returning guest belongings (charged at cost for return)
