The Flagstaff Garden with its beautiful trees and lawn is also a short stroll away. Pack a picnic, enjoy greenery and space, so close yet so far from the bustle of the city.
Or simply immerse in the coffee culture of Melbourne by picking one of the many cafes hidden in the laneways.

Readyset Apartments is a collection of private apartments, townhouses and holiday homes that are generally situated in residential building complexes where an owner’s corporation rules are strictly monitored, enforced, and need to be adhered to.
Smoking is strictly prohibited inside and on balconies, a charge of AUD700 will apply if traces of smoking in the apartment are found.
Check In Requirements:
Guests are required to confirm their identity upon request through way of official documentation including passport, driver’s licence or national identity card and present the credit card that was used to make the reservation.
There is a strict “No Party Policy” imposed, where severe penalties apply.
Guests must oblige to keep noise within the building premises to a minimum after 9:00PM on all nights, in respect for other residents in the building.
A security deposit of $295 will be pre-authorised on the credit card provided within 7 days prior to arrival.

Here’s the actual low down Pro’s - location is great!!!-the view is amazing! Floor to ceiling windows and a patio -decently spacious , water pressure if great in the shower , pictures were true to the place . Cons - basic, beds aren’t comfortable but after a long day you don’t care , only one A/C unit for the whole space . Pillows are super flat . - This place worked fine for us for 2 nights but not sure I’d stay longer due to comfort. The location and views are perfect though

Me and my 2 friends stayed at this lovely stay as we had a big netball tournament in the city. We were stunned at the view from the bedroom, the water and marvel stadium! The beds were amazing would recommend again
