It is the premier location for any visit to Melbourne: the trams along Spenser St will drop you anywhere in the city within a few minutes and also the funky and vibrant restaurants and cafes of this part of the CBD are literally at your doorstep.
The space includes 2 bedrooms, 2 Bathrooms, open plan kitchen with a wonderful entertainers balcony capturing gorgeous northern views.

PLEASE NOTE – Although amenities such as the pool are part of the inclusions in this building, they are managed by building management and are outside our control. Very rarely due to either urgent maintenance or other unforeseen factors, the amenities area can be closed. In the very unlikely event that a closure happens, we can take no responsibility for this. Please take this into consideration when making your booking.
