Property was very well located, as two of us were participating in the Bracebridge triathlon/ duathlon. Road was quiet, and having a dock right across the street was very useful! The living space was large, and the kitchen was equipped with necessary essentials. There are 2 portable AC units which kept the common areas cool, but the bedrooms did get quite warm at night even with the doors open. The floor was had some dirt on it when we arrived, but that was easily remediated with some vacuuming. Sheets and towels were clean and had enough for our 7 guests. The smart TV had netflix accessible which was a great way to unwind in the evening and a nice touch.Host was responsive and easy to talk to, and was very kind in offering flexibility in the check-out time which we greatly appreciated!
