Nice property, lots of room. Caught quite a few fish off the dock

Overall the property was great. There was a lot of space to spread out and the location on the water was gorgeous. There was a bad ant problem in the kitchen that forced us to throw out food when they kept migrating further out and getting inside.

We rented this cottage to spend a family weekend celebrating out mother’s 80th birthday. The Cottage is 3 stories (bedroom and pool table on top floor, 2 bedrooms and a bathroom on second floor and 2 bedrooms, bath, living room, kitchen/dining room on main floor). Lovely yard with seating outside. Deck and stairs are showing significant age and decay. They were safe for us but need to be renovated. Lots of sleeping space but memory foam mattress toppers would make the beds comfortable. They are all very firm. Overall, the space was lovely, it was quiet and clean. We had a wonderful weekend. My mother was so happy for us all to be together. The weather was perfect.
