About this house rental
The perfect balance of outdoor and indoor comfort! Located just down the street from the waterfalls, this gem provides a calming sense of privacy and immersion into nature. Watch for area wildlife as you take in the many, wooded views off the back of the home.

4 bedrooms, two and a half baths; two living rooms; fully equipped, modern kitchen; two dining spaces; "miles" of windows and outdoor deck; outdoor fire pit, hot tub, and wood-burning sauna; BBQ + more!
The perfect setup. Entertainment areas on both upper and lower floors allow different activities simultaneously, or allow the children to have their own space with TV and game room.
We provide equipment for cooking/baking; some spices, salt and pepper; dish soap, kitchen towels, cleaning supplies, and paper towels (1 roll); toilet paper (3 rolls in each bathroom), hand towels, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, and hand soap; propane for the BBQ.
We provide comforters and pillows. Guests must bring their own sheets and bath linens, OR we can order this for $25/person (flat/fitted/pillow case/bath towel and washcloth) through our supplier.
Most shops in the area sell firewood. If you're using the sauna and firepit, we recommend you grab some before checking-in.
Whole house with the exception of our storage areas that are kept locked

Bracebridge is a charming town situated in the heart of Muskoka, one of Canada's most beautiful regions. It is home to pristine lakes, stunning forests, and abundant wildlife, making it a popular destination for outdoor enthusiasts. Visitors can enjoy boating, fishing, hiking, biking, and a variety of winter sports, such as snowmobiling and skiing. The town has a vibrant arts and culture scene, with several galleries and events like the annual Fire and Ice festival. It also has a variety of restaurants, cafes, and shops for visitors to explore. Whether you're in town for a weekend or an extended stay, Bracebridge is a wonderful destination that offers something for everyone.
There are 3 steps to get into the cottage, there is a bedroom and bathroom on the main floor and then stairs to the basement & hot tub.
To complete your booking we will need a signed rental agreement, $1000 refundable deposit and 2 pieces of I’d that match the credit card and reservation name
There is a noise control bylaw in effect 24/7 so while outdoors in the day or evening please limit music and conversation to normal levels to respect surrounding neighbors.
Must be 25 years old to book and the majority of your group needs to be over the age of 25.
We allow up to 2 dogs with prior permission. A pet fee applies to each dog. No Cats or other animals allowed.
If there will be more people than the original booking, you must let us know and there is a extra guest fee of $50 per person per night.
Zero tolerance for excessive partying (we do not accept bachelor/bachelorette parties). Noise by laws start at 10:30pm. Outdoor activities should be brought inside.
No fireworks allowed. A fine of $500 will be applied if caught lighting fireworks.
We have a zero tolerance for smoking of any kind in our cottage. If caught, there will be a fine of $500
For weekday bookings of groups of 4 people or less, complimentary linen service included upon request.

When asked VRBO about an incident in Bracebridge that might affect our stay, the response was “ why are you concerned with this incident when the property is one hour from Bracebridge “. Confirmed with the host that the property is in fact a six minute drive from Bracebridge!VRBO needs to be informedVery nice place to stay. The landscaping is neglected otherwise it is an excellent place to stay

Wonderful property!! Perfect environment for my family and i to enjoy each others company and have a relaxing week. The living rooms were very comfy and inviting and the hot tub was a big plus.We had our baby with us and the property had a childrens slide and a high chair out for us which was unexpected and came in so handy , a small gesture we appreciated ! Property manager was quick to respond to any questions. Would fully rent again
