You can choose the apartment size that’s right for you—ranging from 33 to 70 square meters—and select your preferred amenities. A large sun terrace, balcony, separate bedroom, and fully equipped kitchen—pick the apartment that’s perfect for you. Our bright and welcoming apartments are fully furnished. A short walk takes you right to the Baltic Sea beach.
Our state-of-the-art “Oberdeck” apartment awaits you in a prime location in Warnemünde. Immerse yourself in your dream vacation and enjoy the best hours of the year.
The “Oberdeck” apartment accommodates up to 3 people and is located on the 2nd floor. It features a balcony with a stunning view, as well as a living room with a sleeper sofa and a bedroom with a double bed. Satellite TV is available. You can easily reach your apartment via the building’s elevator and the covered walkway.
Our apartment features a fully equipped kitchenette with a dishwasher, a refrigerator with a freezer compartment, a coffee maker, a microwave, a toaster, a kettle, dishes, and silverware.
The dining area, featuring a large dining table, is located in the living room. Of course, the apartment also includes a TV/radio. The bathroom is equipped with a shower, toilet, and hair dryer.
Enjoy the stunning view over the Alter Strom. We kindly ask that you do not smoke inside the apartment.
A free parking space is available right next to the building.
If you’d like to enjoy some fish again, feel free to visit the restaurants in the building.
The apartment’s initial amenities include one set of linens per person,
(included in the final invoice price: bed linens, towels, dish towels,shower mat).
A bakery, fish market, farmers’ market, pharmacy, supermarket, restaurants, shops, etc.—everything is just around the corner.
