Our street-legal golf cart is at your disposal, perfect for cruising to nearby hotspots or exploring side roads with speed limits of 25 mph or less.

For adventures beyond the beach, exit through the north gate onto the main highway. Say goodbye to beach road traffic! You'll be minutes from grocery stores, outlet shopping, restaurants, theaters, and exciting excursions. Plus, grab last-minute essentials at the General store right at the South gate entrance.
●️Your private smart lock code will be activated at 4 pm check-in, ensuring seamless entry.
●️Our doorbell camera provides added security and support. Call/text us with any lock issues.

Please note: There is a front door security camera facing outside to ensure safety of the guests.
Note: The guest making the reservation must be over 25 years of age to reserve this home. The person making the reservation must be present for the entire duration of the stay. Parents of individuals under the age of 25 are not permitted to make a reservation at our home to get around this requirement. Guests with zero reviews on VRBO will be asked to provide a snapshot of their driver's license or Government ID before check in.
Guests are required to read, sign and return golf cart liability form prior to arrival. Guests are responsible for observing all traffic rules when using the 6-person golf cart. Guests are responsible for any traffic citations they receive.

Perfect location with all the comforts of home! We loved the pool the quietness to the neighborhood and that they welcomed our bulldogs. We are returning guests to this house this was our 3rd time staying on sandy cay. Check-in and check out was a breeze. The hosts are very kind and informative.

We enjoyed our stay in Destin, the house is beautiful and 12 of us a small pet had enough space. It had all the things that we needed for a 1 week stay. The arcade game in the garage was a hit for the kids. And of course we enjoyed the heated pool. There is a walkable Dollar General for quick replenishment of supplies and close to the beach, grocery, outlet store and restaurant. Our host answered our questions quick and very easy communication. Highly recommended this place!!!

From the moment we arrived, everything was perfection... The ease of entry, communication with the owner, the small details throughout the home and the beautiful furnishings all made this a place we knew we were excited to call home for the week!. The pool was amazing and WARM even though the weather wasn't the warmest!! They truly thought of everything... It was southern hospitality at it's finest!!We brought our dogs with us and they were so happy to be vacationing with their humans!! We absolutely enjoyed having the golf cart to wander around and explore the area with and we loved the sleepier vibe of the town at Christmas. This home could sleep quite a few people and not feel cramped! They even offer PacMan and an air hockey/ping pong/foosball table in the garage as well as all the chairs, sand toys, towels and pool/beach toys/floats you could need. I can't think of any reason NOT to recommend staying at Casa Azzurra and when we come back to Destin again sometime, we'll be sure to book our stay here!! Get ready to relax and unwind in your own little slice of paradise!!

The house was absolutely perfect and beautiful! Was in walking distance from the beach and in such a nice neighborhood! Property owners were quick to respond to any of our questions and very helpful
