Initial Supplies
UMB Vacations provides a starter set of essential items to help you settle in comfortably before your trip to the grocery store. These initial supplies include dishwasher detergent, a small packet of laundry detergent, and basic bathroom amenities (similar to hotel-size and not restocked), such as shampoo, conditioner, and a bar of soap. Each bathroom is stocked with one roll of toilet paper, and the kitchen includes one roll of paper towels. All bed linens and bath towels are provided for your stay. We recommend that guests bring their own beach towels for use at the pool and beach.

While the house was as described, there are a few minor things that need some attention:(One set of broken blinds, dishwasher detergent flap broken to hold in the detergent, light coming out of ceiling in second story shower area and a light coming out of the ceiling in the stairwell between first & second floor.) I have stayed in many houses in this neighborhood for years, and I must have mis-read or overlooked the linens policy. There were very few towels and washcloths for the bathrooms for a week stay for 5 adults. Overall, the value for what we paid for the rental was satisfactory for our family and we would consider booking the house a second time.
