About this house rental
Choosing Marigot Place as your private vacation rental home is a fantastic option for families and small groups. Marigot Place offers quiet seclusion in a gated community, with access from both Highway 98 and Scenic Hwy 98 (the beach road). It's an 8 -10 minute walk to our beautiful white sand beaches with private, gated beach accesses.
This property is privately managed by the owners; not a large management company. Do not be fooled by other companies with lower prices. We provide many supplies and beach items for your stay that most companies do not provide. We take pride in maintaining our properties so that you will check in to a well cared for, clean, and welcoming home. We will go above and beyond to earn your five star review and make your stay amazing!

Note that the minimum age for rental is 25.
Up to 2 small pets are welcome for $250 plus tax per stay.
WE PROVIDE:
* Toiletries, Extra toilet tissue, paper towels, cleaning supplies, trash bags, dish detergent, hand soap, coffee pods and basic spices - (not just a starter pack with one of everything)
* Full laundry room with a full size bottle of laundry detergent and softener
* 12 beach chairs, 12 beach towels, a beach wagon, and umbrella
* Extra pillows and blankets in all closets
* Dog waste cleanup station with hand sanitizer and bags
* Board games and Extra propane for the grill
* High chair, baby gates, and Pack n Play are available upon request.
* Air purification system has been installed in the home for a healthier vacation!
Our community has a reserved spot for golf carts less than a block from our beach entrance.
*Pet fees, and pool heat are paid directly to owner. They are not included in reservation price since all guests do not have pets or rent the pool heat.* The pool can be heated for $50 per night plus tax.

* Private fenced backyard with a new, beautiful, heat-able swimming pool, large patio, gas grill and lots of outdoor seating. Perfect for morning coffee! The swimming pool puts on a show with gorgeous color changing pool lights and a water fountain nightly from 7-10 pm. Pool heat can be added for additional ($50 per night.)

We had a wonderful week at this beautiful Florida home and can’t recommend it enough. The sparkling private pool was the star of the trip—clean, private, and perfect for lazy mornings and/or refreshing late afternoons—after days spent ocean-side.The house felt like a true home away from home: bright, spacious, coastal-chic, and spotlessly clean.We appreciated it being pet-friendly. The fenced yard offered plenty of room for play. Being just a short distance to the beach made everything convenient.The host was responsive and helpful throughout. This rental delivered the perfect mix of relaxation, pool time, and beach fun for our family (including our furry member)—highly recommend!

Nice back patio and pool which are the best parts of the home along with the location.Home was justa s described, kitchen was cery well stocked, location was convenient but youd want to get the golf cart to drive back and forth to the store, restaurants, beach, or cruise on the scenic road right outside the community. There are 2 gated beach access private to the community about half a mile walk from the house or 2 minutes on the golfcart you have access to with a code, but cannot park there, but the public beach access is about 1 minute drive down on the gofcart where you can park it . Communication with host was extremely clear and promt. I would definitely recommend the property. The only thing that is a bit annoying are some of the HOA rules (gated community with HOA "police" neighbors)... like not being able to park the golfcart in the driveway, but in the garage ONLY, and no cars on the road or blocking the sidewalk that passes through the driveway, so if you take two cars(max of 3 per their rules) , which have to be on the driveway per the HOA rules, you have to move them back and forth to put the golf cart in and out the garage as they will fine you if you leave the golfcart in the driveway, or your car on the side of the road to leave space on the driveway to move the cart into and out the garage.Other than that minor nuisance, we would still come back and recommend 100% because of the property, amenities, location, and great Host.

Marigot Place is the nicest house and stay we have had over the last 7 years. The physical condition and cleanliness of the house was very good. A beautiful covered patio has been added to the house. The warmth and efficiency of the host and staff were wonderful. The amenities were amazing;new grill, lots of supplies, a beautiful pool was added a few years ago. Charming, gated neighborhood. Our dog loved the fenced in back yard. Located in a great location. We will definitely return.

We had such a great time here! The place was super clean and had everything we needed. It’s an easy walk to the beach, which made things really convenient. The owner was great to communicate with and made everything really simple. We really enjoyed the private pool. We would definitely stay here again!
