    Overall, our stay at Mabolo Royal Hotel was comfortable and convenient. The bed was comfortable, and the air-conditioning was nice and cool. The staff were also friendly and accommodating. However, there were a few things that could be improved. Our room’s door knob/lock was faulty and got stuck at one point, making it difficult for us to open the door, although it eventually opened. No slippers were provided, but towels were available. The elevators also felt a bit scary and could use some improvement. On the plus side, having a 7-Eleven right next to the hotel was very convenient. Overall, a decent and convenient stay, but there are some maintenance and facility issues that need attention.

    Beddings, blankets with foul odor. No rags. Lights is dark. Not so good experience. We cant recommend to our friends or family.
