I have had a great stay here in city flats on a weekday. The staffs are polite and nice. They immediately attend to my needs and make sure my stay is comfortable. The location is good for me because its near the police station, the mall is just a walking distance, and there are trees surrounding the place which is really good for someone who loves to walk. The place is also peaceful. The room is clean and spacious for its price. Since the toilet and shower is separated, same with the other reviews that I've read, wished that they included bidet in the toilet. Other than that, will definitely be back and recommend the place to my peers.

First - They said that there is free wifi in all rooms, when we arrive- we didn't have wifi in our room. I had a video call with a doctor and I couldnt make it because of bad internet.
Second, we did check out at 12:00, and we had a ferry at 20:00, so we asked them to store our bags for couple of hours, the staff looked at me so shooked, like no one ever did that in every place in the world- they said I can't leave the bags here and didn't know to handle the situation. After some time a local that lived there try to explain them also and they didn't help us. After long time they finally gave us a solution.
Overall this place is very new, clean and we really liked the rooms
