Good location with plenty of food places within walking distance and a 7/11 right next to reception which was really convenient. The room was mostly clean and fine for a short 1 night stay. Check in was quick and easy overall.

The lady at reception was quite rude when we arrived and immediately tried to charge us a 200 peso “admin fee” that was never mentioned anywhere in the booking. As soon as we questioned it, she quickly moved on and handed us the keys without asking again, which felt suspicious, so I’d recommend other guests be careful about paying unexpected fees at check in. The bed was also not the most comfortable.

Noisy roosters nearby early morning, address was wrong, put in horizon 101 not the property address listed.

Comfortable but outdated and in need of refurbishment. I.e bathroom door is rotting at the bottom

On arrival, the lady we met( I don’t know if this was an agent or owner ) but made us pay an additional 200 pesos for information, felt like another Philippine scam

Don't trust the ad and room description. It was just a bed, wifi and a shower. The AC is very loud but does not really cool the room. The TV is not connected to cable. It's not a smart TV so all you can do is mirror your phone screen. There's a fridge but it also didn't work. Even if you'll plug it in, it will make a lot of sound with no cooling effect. I didn't try the microwave or stove. The beddings smelled like they were used and not washed. There were 2 huge cigarette burns on the blanket. The sheet was folded in a weird way and tucked under the pillows, somewhat how I would fold blankets when checking out just so the room wouldn't look like a total mess. I took a photo of how they folded the sheet because if they've changed the beddings and made the bed, the sheet wouldn't look like that under the pillows. The towels were not washed as well. It seemed like they were just folded and placed on top of the bed. They smelled like used towels and were still slightly wet. The photos of the room I booked and the room that they gave me did not match at all. I wouldnt recommend this to anyone planning a staycation because you'll just end up stressed and angry. Also, you'll be asked to pay a P150 move in fee. This will be paid in cash to the staff before they'll give you the key. This wan't disclosed in their ad.
