Great location, 7 minute walk to train station where you can get train to all 5 towns along Cinque Terre and La Spezia downtown. Our host George was very welcoming and kind giving us great local recommendations and best ways to get around town and trains. Right beside a bar and grocery shop

Perfect location for visiting Cinque Terre and Porto Venere. Plenty of room for our family of 5 and ample parking for our SUV. The AC kept the apartment nice and cold through the heat wave. Host was very kind, answered all our questions and gave us local insider info for the annual boat parade. We will definitely book again next time we go back.

Appartement bien équipé et propre. Bon point de chute pour découvrir les cinque terre en train. La gare de La Spezia Migliarina est située à moins de 10 minutes à pied de l’appartement. Un supermarché bien fourni est également à disposition dans la rue perpendiculaire. La possibilité de garer le véhicule dans la cour privée est également un plus.
Beaucoup trop de bruit aussi bien de circulation que de voisinage (claquements de la porte d’entrée, discussions nocturnes dans le couloir …). Les nuits ont été compliquées.

It is really near the train station so you can go directly to do a Cinque Terre excursion, it has a big supermarket just around the corner so you can buy everything you need. The kitchen was really nice and complete, you have access to a washing machine, which is very convenient. Giorgio was really kind and explained everything to us when we arrived.
