La Dimora Nella Corte

We spent 8 nights here and really enjoyed it. It is a comfortable apartment for four people, located a 15-minute walk from the center of Catania. The apartment is split-level: the ground floor features a kitchen with a dining area, a bathroom, and a terrace with a table and umbrella, while the upper floor has two separate bedrooms. The apartment is clean and well-equipped. There is air conditioning in the two upstairs bedrooms; the ground floor lacks A/C but has a ceiling fan. Window shutters allow for sleeping in total darkness. Despite the central location, it is quiet at night. A large, very secure parking area right next to the entrance is a huge advantage. Communication with the host was excellent, and it was possible to leave our luggage there for a late departure. I highly recommend this apartment.

The internet connection was quite poor, barely reaching 15 Mbps. The hosts don't speak English, so you have to use a translator or communicate using gestures.

La casa è veramente carina, vecina al centro, cómoda non li manca niente.

Très bon accueil de nos hôtes! Le parking intérieur précieux. La maison très calme en centre ville mais dans une arriere cour à l'abri du brouhaha de la circulation sicilienne. Chambres avec clim . Frigo et congélateur. Parfait pour se reposer après des journées de tourisme intenses.

Hôtes très accueillants et disponibles ! Communication facile par whatsapp. Le logement est fonctionnel et confortable. En prime de quoi faire du café et petit déjeuner. Petite terrasse extérieure et place de parking sécurisée par 2 portails, centre ville accessible en 10min à pieds. Le quartier inquiète au début mais nous n’avons rencontré aucun soucis. Pas mal de petits restau recommandés par les hôtes, typiques siciliens (à gauche en sortant du logement) et un petit bar de paris qui ne paye pas de mine mais avec un excellent spritz à 3,50€ ;)
