La maison de Veronique - Luxury & Charme

Veldig sentralt med kort gangavstand (15 min) til sentrum av Catania og Piazza del Duomo. Flott innredet leilighet med alt av nødvendig innhold. Leiligheten ligger i toppetasjen med fantastisk utsikt over hele Catania, og en flott balkong man kan nyte både frokost og slappe av på kvelden. Anbefales sterkt!

The flat is spacious and very comfortable. The view from the balcony is amazing. It's close to shops and you need about 15 minutes to see the heart od Catania.

The lift is not going to the flat on the last floor (you need to go by stairs two floors what was not so easy for my 74 years old mum).

This apartment is the best alternative to a luxury hotel. It has everything - the space, the decor and design, the warm hosts, easy location for everything. We spent a whole week and ended up have few lazy days enjoying the apartment. 1. There are 2 king beds, one in every good size bedroom, new mattresses, with added access to a balcony. The decor in the bedrooms can easily compete with any high end suite. 2. There are nets on all the windows, there is AC in every room, there are TVs in every room too with Google enabled app access. 3. This apartment is on the eights floor, you can't enter the building without a key, it feels very secure. 4. The bathroom is large, with a bidet and a shower cabin, water pressure is excellent. 5. You have a functional kitchen with an induction stove, electric kettle, two sinks. 6. From the apartment you are 10 min walk away from the central hiatoric area. You also have a panificio, a fruteria, a butchery if go right, plus many other services like a car wash right next door. 7. Giovanni and Veronica are super nice, intelligent people, ready to always help with whatever. They came to meet and greet us, showed us around and made us very welcome. 8. We had a car and we found it very easy to find free parking around the building. There is also a large paid parking lot right behind the building. If we ever come back to Catania, we will definitely consider this apartment.

The only con is the fact that the elevator stops at 6th floor. But Giovanni was ready to help with the bags so it did not affect us.

The apartment was fantastic. The bedrooms were marvellous and the king beds were so comfortable. The balcony ( accessible from both bedrooms)was an added bonus and the view down to the sea over Catania just made our stay extra special. Giovanni was very helpful with information. I couldn’t be happier with accommodation and our lovely host.
