Очень большая и просторная квартира. Расположена в отличном районе города, практически в центре. В доме имеется маленький лифт, 3 й этаж. Бесконтактное поселение, очень приятный хозяин, который все обьяснил по телефону. В каждой комнате имеется кондиционер, что радует при поселении в межсезонье, когда нужно обогреть комнату. Два санузла, большой балкон. Кровати чистые и удобные. Все как заявлено в описании. Рядом находится Лидл, рынок и другие супермаркеты и кафе. Очень рекомендую для туристов в Катании. До аэропорта можно доехать автобусом Алибус, остановка которого находится в 10 минут хотьбы от квартиры.

Очень сильно скрипят полы - может быть важно для чувствитеьных людей во время сна. Хочу посоветовать хозяину добавить в кухню микроволновую печь - ее очень не хватало.

Nous avons passé un séjour globalement très agréable dans cet établissement et tenons à souligner ses nombreux points forts. Excellente communication de notre hôte. Nous avons également beaucoup apprécié la propreté, l'espace du logement, ainsi que l'accès sécurisé à l'immeuble et à l'appartement. La situation géographique très centrale a été un atout majeur pour nos déplacements. L'appartement était bardé de petites informations et d'attentions très appréciées.

Le point le plus dérangeant a été le manque d'eau chaude durant les deux derniers jours de notre séjour. Malgré les explications fournies, nous n'avons pas réussi à rétablir la situation (nous n'avons pas souhaité déranger l'hôte par un appel). La qualité de la douche mériterait également d'être améliorée. Nous avons constaté que les canalisations laissaient parfois dégager une odeur désagréable, principalement au niveau de la véranda/buanderie, mais parfois aussi dans la salle de bains. Aussi, la présence de nombreux moustiques a été relativement dérangeante, nous valant plusieurs piqûres. Côté équipement, quelques ustensiles de cuisine supplémentaires (bols, spatule, etc.) seraient utiles, mais cela reste un détail. Bien que la décoration soit très hétéroclite, l'appartement pourrait gagner en charme avec un choix de matériaux plus nobles et une harmonisation du style. L'ajout de vraies lampes de chevet serait un plus non négligeable pour le confort de lecture. Cet appartement a un réel potentiel ; avec quelques améliorations, notamment concernant les points cités ci-dessus et la douche, il pourrait être vraiment top.

Great communication with the host. He responded very quickly, which made it easy for us to find the apartment without any problems. Additionally, it was a very nice gesture to match some of the amenities to our nationality, that was really thoughtful! The location of the property is very good. It’s close to grocery stores, bakeries, and a gym, and only a 10-minute walk to the flea market. There’s also the option to park a car for free around the apartment, which wasn’t always easy, but we managed to find a spot more than once. The apartment was well equipped, so it was easy to enjoy a meal comfortably. It was well prepared for our stay, although the cleanliness could have been a bit better. A big plus for the fully functioning air conditioning.

There was a construction site right across from the apartment. The workers started early in the morning and continued until the afternoon, which meant we were woken up around 7:00AM-7:30AM, so if you like to sleep in, unfortunately this isn’t the place for you. The cleanliness was average. I’d rate it 3/5. The apartment was cleaned, but not very thoroughly. According to the description, there is a washing machine, but it was moldy inside and in the detergent compartment. It would be good to either replace it or clean it properly so that guests can use it without worrying that their clothes will smell bad. The mop available in the apartment was old and worn out, which was inconvenient since we wanted to clean the floors during our stay and before leaving. Another minus is the lack of a vacuum cleaner, it would make it much easier to keep the apartment tidy during a longer stay, as sweeping takes more time and isn’t as effective as vacuuming.
