Location, space size, garden size, peacefull area and yet in city center

Facility maintenance, wall paint falls off, windows difficult to open/close. Garden maintenance.

Es war ein wundervolles altes Haus, in dem die Wohnung war mit einem tollen Garten, der aber leider wegen den Mücken nicht benutzbar war. Aber es hat eine tolle Sonnenterrasse, riesige Räume und war einfach ein tolles Erlebnis.

Außer den Mücken im Garten war alles top

Lokacija je odlična, iako u centru, jako mirna. Kuća je predivna, prostrana, ima povijest, a najbolji dio je veliki vrt u kojem se možete opustiti. Bilijar je također zanimljiv dodatak :) Domaćini su jako ljubazni i dali su nam dosta savjeta.

Osjeti se vlaga ali radi se na otklanjanju toga problema.

An absolutely phenomenal apartment with beautiful old features and a tranquil garden. It has it's own entrance and is completely private, including the garden outside. It's located near a small, but nice park and shops and nice restaurants are on walking distance. The owner is very nice and will solve any inconvenience at any time of the day. Also, ask the owner for advice on restaurants. :) The cot they have for the baby is proper and has a mattress. The best part for us was the pool table. While our 1 y/o was sleeping on the other side of the apartment, my husband and I were enjoying a date night together.

The breakfast is pre-packed and mostly sweet, and that is something - we learned, normal in Sicily. We were hoping/expecting fresh breakfast with more savory food daily, but perhaps that was also too much to expect for the price we paid. So we can't really complain about that. :) Bear in mind that it's an historic and characteristic apartment, and that some spaces are due for some maintenance. For us, it was acceptable, but maybe not for someone who likes things super fresh and brand new.
