The location was ideal for exploring the city, with a bakery & small shop right outside. The building is stunning inside with high decorated ceilings & the whole apartment is very spacious. Carmelo the host was very informative & shared to tips for nearby places to eat & or drink.

We had no use for the exercise bike or jacuzzi. The space upstairs would make a nice living area to relax in.

Some great aspects about the property - spacious rooms, HIGH ceilings, first floor so easy to bring luggage up just one flight. Many bathrooms for our group, host was very communicative and was flexible when our flights were cancelled. Great location just on the edge of ZTL zone but not inside so easy to park and unload luggage.

There was a strong smell of cleaning solution when we arrived, we had to air out the place for several hours. Despite the high ceilings the place was overall a bit dark.

This is hands down, one of the absolute best places we've stayed in over 20 countries. The apartment is more like a palace, with the most beautiful high ceilings and marble finishes. The apartment is so beautifully appointed, with gorgeous traditional Sicilian pieces, accompanied by all the modern amenities you could possibly need. There are air-conditioners in all areas of the apartment, including all the bedrooms, kitchen and even passages, which was a very welcome reprieve in the European summer. Carmelo was the most gracious, kind & helpful host, offering us a wealth of information about parking, restaurants, and things to do in the area, and the waters, coffee, teas, milk, etc left in the apartment were such a lovely touch. We would stay here every time when visiting Sicily, and will be recommending this place to all our friends and family. We could not say enough good things about this apartment, and you would be missing out if you passed on this beautiful home.

There is nothing not to like here.

Gorgeous place. Huge rooms. On-suite in most bedrooms. Clean and neat. Great location in city center. Communication with owner was seamless and so helpful.

Laundry facilities could have been a little better.
