La posizione vicina al centro è il parcheggio vicino al giusto prezzo...il signor Fernando aveva lasciato tutto l'occorrente x la colazione come omaggio di benvenuto, ottima pulizia, letto comodo e asciugamani a volonta'...appartamento che consiglio ...unica cosa l'entrata della palazzina un po' discutibile xche' non ristrutturata ma x il resto tutto ok

The host was very welcoming and responsive throughout our stay. There is paid, secure parking available just a three-minute walk from the building. The rooms are spacious, and the beds are comfortable.

The building itself is very old, and access to the apartment felt somewhat unsafe. There is no elevator, and the lighting in the main staircase was unreliable, working only part of the time. The apartment does not have a living room or common rest area. It consists of three bedrooms, each with its own bathroom, and a small kitchen. The kitchen is fairly well equipped, but some appliances are quite worn — for example, the coffee machine was constantly leaking. In all three bathrooms, several floor tiles were loose and could be lifted by hand — our toddler actually brought some of them to us one evening. Additionally, all doors have locks that cannot be disabled, which was stressful when staying with a young child, as we were constantly worried about her locking herself inside a room or bathroom. We eventually had to jam the locks with paper as there was no alternative. The surrounding area is also not very pleasant, with several run-down buildings nearby and a noticeable amount of garbage in the street. While this is outside the owner’s control, it is something to be aware of when booking. Overall, the apartment felt very expensive for what it offered. For a similar price, a traditional hotel would have provided better comfort and value.
