Da Aloisia - Casa Vacanze

The apartment was very comfortable and spacious for our family of four. It had everything we needed and then some. The host was very friendly and gracious. Our stay started smoothly with an airport transfer to the apartment in a comfortable Mercedes taxi van, which was included in the price. The apartment is located 500 m away from Piazza Dante with the San Nicolò l'Arena Roman Catholic church (and its adjacent Benedictine monastery), about 900 m away from the Roman Amphitheater of Catania and about 1200 m away from Piazza del Duomo with Fontana dell'Elefante. There is a small pizzeria near the location, where apparently locals eat, with very good pizza and arancini (Via Plebiscito, 711). The host welcomed us with cold water, fruit juice, croissants, biscuits, coffee pods and even pasta and sauce; the apartment really had everything (including a washing machine, iron, coffee maker, cleaning supplies, air conditioning, internet, a desk with a comfortable chair). When we left, they drove us to the bus station (we were heading for Giardini Naxos). If I ever return to Catania, I will definitely try to stay at Da Aloisia again.

Everything was great. The city itself is a bit dirty, but the property is awesome.

Super lokalizacja, wszędzie blisko na piechotę, gospodarze przemili, przywieźli nas z lotniska, mieszkanie bardzo czyste, wygodne, ze wszystkim co potrzebne, z klimatyzacją, pralką itp. bardzo polecamy:)

Sehr freundliche Vermieterin, die uns mit einem Espresso empfangen hat. Wasser, Milch und diverse Lebensmittel waren vorhanden. Parken war direkt vor der Haustür möglich. Ansonsten gibt es in unmittelbarer Nähe einen bewachten (kostenpflichtigen) Parkplatz.

Spotless apartment with all facilities you can think of, and more. The host Giuseppe was incredibly helpful. He picked us all up at the train station and airport at different hours. On arrival there were water bottles, juice and snacks at our disposition. He showed us the city and took us to the supermarket. On departure his wife took us to train station and airport. I can warmly recommend this place
