The flat is located on a popular street. There is a car washing business in the rear courtyard, where people are noisy in the evening. There is no sitting room in the flat, the three rooms are bedrooms. There are two heatings in the flat, all doors should be kept open at night to warm the three bedrooms. Lack of hooks for coats near the front door. Kitchen only had three chairs and needed more teaspoons.

La struttura ha bisogno di ristrutturazione, ha i requisiti essenziali ma per dimensioni e potenzialità potrebbe valere di più, ma il costo non sarebbe quello. Alla fine se non si hanno grosse pretese e si vuole risparmiare è perfetta. Eravamo due colleghi, con una camera per ciascuno e un bagno adisposizione per ciascuno.
