Hostel Monaco

The services are amazing, we got clean towels everyday and the kitchen was good enough and balcony was also very nice. Location could not be any better. The people were all nice. The receptionist, the old kind man, was very sweet and helpful.

The only thing that wasnt good about the hotel was the old man. Not kind at all and is often drunk. He really made the time we spend there so much worse. The other old man was a sweet heart. I dont get why this man still works here. He was very angry at us because we did not know how to unlock the door, while it was our first time doing it. And another time he was drunk and yelling at New people because they didnt know how to unlock the door. If this man did not work there, i would give the whole hotel 5 stars. Everything besides him was just perfect. The services, the kindness of the people and room itself.

De huisbaas kwam midden inde nacht ineens onze kamer binnen (wij zijn meiden van 16 & 17) hij beweerde dat de deur openstond (wat niet het geval was) en dat hij niet de code van ons had en dus de deur zelf niet open had kunnen maken. Later wist hij de code wel ineens, overal is het niet normaal dat een oude man midden in de nacht ineens zonder te kloppen of iets in de kamer van twee jonge meiden staat! Badkamer was vies

Wir mussten ewig warten bis wir die Check in Informationen bekommen haben und dann hat der Typ noch gesagt, dass er es uns schon seit langem geschickt hatte.
