Hotel Windsor

The staff were lovely and helpful. Breakfast was basic but plentiful and there was gluten free bread available but not a separate toaster for it . It was very clean throughout. It is old and dated but has a certain charm about it. The beds were ok , but with blankets. The swimming pool is tiny but probably ok for kids.

The Rooms were clean and spacious. No funny smell, and no mold. Good, that i didn't read the comments before booking there, or i probably would have booked another one. But I was quite positively surprised. First i thought why is the mattress so hard, but i slept very well in it! The staff is very friendly and helpful. No bad smell or any other negatives in the room. Only thing i did not like was the breakfast. I just don''t like instant coffe and orange juice that is not natural. Starting the second morning we had bkfast alway in the Opan bakery just down the road, just don^t forget to pick a number at the entrance ;). Would stay again...

For me it was not the four star hotel. I think it was only for the location which this hotel was 4 star. The breakfast was the same everyday and they stuff were not so friendly during the breakfast.

No tea or drink facility mean no cop or glass for water, freeze without any complementary water. Breakfast was horrible, very minimal items including eggs. No vegetarian option. When I asked the chef about what sort of meat in the sausage, the Indian guy prepended that he cannot speak English. Very very dissatisfied and disappointed. Not a single tissue box to use.
