Nice apartment with helpful owners

Tidy and comfortable small apartment, nice, welcoming owners, generous breakfast, even a fruit basket. Not too far from the city. If you have a car and don’t want to spend all day in the crowd, this is a good alternative. All appliances work well. The air conditioning units are quiet and powerful which is very important during summer months.

This is not criticism, just a warning. The apartment is on the first floor, up the steep stairs. Will not suit a person with limited mobility or a child (too dangerous). Also, the owners of the apartment live on the ground floor. To make it clear, you have to pass the owners’ lounge to get to your apartment.

Not too far from the beach (35-40 min with car) but great area, close to Pisa, vers nice hosts, we recommend them!

Simply perfect

A fridge full of a variety of food was waiting for us. Not just typical Italian breakfast, but also full European breakfast. It was delicious and amazing. The rooms were spacious, beds comfortable and hosts friendly and helpful. The town is small but there is a shop and a nice pizzeria. It's also really close to Pisa. There is a parking lot just opposite the house and absolutely no problem with parking.

Nous avons séjourné une nuit. Il y a un grand parking gratuit devant la maison. L'hôtesse est extrêmement accueillante et agréable. Dans l'appartement très propre et confortable , des denrées de toutes sortes étaient à notre disposition. Les lits et la literie sont impeccables. Tout est prévu pour la satisfaction des clients.

Ho apprezzato moltissimo la calorosa accoglienza dei proprietari e l'aver trovato tutto l'occorrente per poter fare un ottima colazione, per tutte le mattine del nostro soggiorno. La posizione è perfetta, a due passi dalle principali attrazioni sia di Lucca che di Pisa, in posizione molto tranquilla. L'appartamento è grande e luminoso, arredato con gusto e cura nei dettagli. La pulizia è impeccabile. Questo gioiello è stato una vera e propria scoperta!

Śniadanie było znakomite. Pomimo tego, że to śniadanie kontynentalne, to każdy znalazł coś co lubi. Lodówka była przygotowana i zaopatrzona we wszystkie niezbędne produkty.

Allez y les yeux fermés 😀

L'hospitalité des hôtes : Grazia est souriante, accueillante malgré la barrière de la langue (elle ne quitte pas son téléphone pour Google traduction 😀), son mari plus effacé. La propreté du logement : impeccable ! La taille de l'appartement : grandes chambres et salle de bain avec douche immense Le petit déjeuner : A notre arrivée dans l'appartement tout était prêt pour le lendemain matin avec en plus une jolie attention dans le frigo : biscuits secs, pain de mie, biscottes, viennoiseries (sous vide), café, thé, confiture et dans le frigo : beurre, oeufs, jus de fruits, lait, charcuterie et yaourt, sans oublier une corbeille de fruits et des bouteilles d'eau plate et pétillante 😋 Le balcon pour vapoter La climatisation car il faisait vraiment chaud 🥵 Logement à 13 minutes en voiture d'un parking gratuit, hors ZTL (Parcheggio, Via Pietrasantina, 56123 Pisa ) à Pise. Ensuite prenez soit une navette soit marchez pendant 20 minutes et vous arriverez à la Tour. C'est vraiment un joli appartement, encore mieux que sur les photos !

Uniquement pour informer les autres voyageurs car sincèrement tout était parfait : La table de la cuisine est un peu étroite Pas de jardin réellement donc pas possible de manger dehors à l'air libre. Cela ne nous a pas gêné car ce logement était juste un pied à terre pour dormir donc resto pour nous.

Ritrovarsi come a casa

Dopo aver suonato il campanello di Grazia e Pasquale ci si sente come a casa. La premura di offrire un buon soggiorno agli ospiti è apprezzata, quanto i modi garbati con cui si approcciano. E' tutto magnificamente curato e pulito. In cucina si trova tutto l'occorrente per diversi tipi di colazione, dolce e salata. Letti matrimoniali comodosi. Ampio parcheggio pubblico, libero, a ridosso della casa. Clima nuovo. Non manca nulla, se non tornare per conoscere ancora meglio la Toscana, vista la posizione ideale per godere di Pisa e Lucca.
