Authentic italian charm

The neighborhood around Nozanno Castello is quiet and scenic, with beautiful views of the castle and a nice local feel. It’s a great spot if you’re looking to relax away from the busier tourist areas. One of the highlights was a small Italian restaurant just a short walk away. The vibes around the area are textbook "Italian charm". We'd love to visit again some time and would recommend this location to anyone trying to enjoy the authentic italian landscape and culture.

Disappointing

Everything was excellent till the day before the last day

The last day before departure there were a construction works on the site Without giving us the guests a head start on it . It was impossible to stay there during that day. With a terrible noise!

The communication with the owners was very smooth and all the instructions were clear. The apartment was big and comfortable, very good restaurant nearby, free parking near the property. the recommendations of the owners were highly appreciated

it was in a lovely quiet village about 20 minutes from Lucca. Chiara was very helpful and friendly and answered all my questions quickly. There is a great restaurant in the village with superb food and wine.

Full, complete apartment at great location

Very large and complete apartment, feeling at home the moment you step in. We arrived late at night, which was no problem at all, and we appreciated the flexibility and clear instructions from the host. A (mostly shaded) balcony allows you to relax outside. The location is fantastic: direct views on Nozzano's castle from the apartment, which is at very close range to both Pisa and Lucca. We enjoyed our stay very much!

The bedroom curtains do not shield the morning sunlight very much, a better window shading would have improved sleeping a bit.

Best Place to Escape From City Life in Tuscany Region

The host made the check-in and check-out so easy for us. The facilities are very nice and clean. The village is just fantastic, after these kind of stays someone really appreciates toscana region 😉.

Superb

We (2 persons) looked for a location between Lucca, Pisa and the beach as we want to visit both cities and beach by our bicycles. Therefore we decided for this accomodation and stayed about 1,5 weeks in 06/21. The accomodation offer big rooms. Kitchen was well equipped for cooking. There is also a fine bakery and a good restaurant in the town which we where several times. Both could be reached by a short 5 min. walk. Whenever we had a question or asked for some ideas, the host (Michele) was very kind and gave us quick feedback. The location was perfect for our needs to experience the area by cycling.

Everything was fine, nothing to complain.

Appartement très propre, spacieux. Literie confortable. Le hameau est jolie : nous avons fait une balade jusqu’au château. Pour les courses : une dame au rez-de-chaussée nous a renseigné gentiment.

L’eau de La douche coule depuis le haut : il est un peu compliqué de ne pas se mouiller les cheveux… mais pour le reste tout est très bien !

Tolle Lage!

Viel Platz, sonnige Balkone und bequeme Betten. Der Blick auf die Festung ist wunderschön! Mit nur wenigen Abstrichen kann man sich hier richtig wohl fühlen.

Die Geschirrsammlung ist etwas abenteuerlich, leider gibt es keinen Wasserkocher. Im Bad fehlt die Duschbrause, aber mit Regendusche.

Sehr nette Gastgeber mit unkomplizierter Schlüsselübergabe und sehr guter Beschreibung des Parkplatzes und wie man in die Wohnung kommt. Sehr sauber, sehr gute Größe und modernes Bad.

In der Wohnung war es sehr warm. Es gab zwar Ventilatoren, aber eine Klimaanlage wäre besser ;-). Sonst gibt es nichts auszusetzen.

Emplacement très calme, avec une petite balade dans le hameau pittoresque. Restaurant très agréable et abordable à 300m à pied. Le logement est fonctionnel et équipé de tout le nécessaire.

Dormimos genial.

Las camas muy cómodas y la limpieza impecable, sobre todo de la ropa de cama. Tuvimos problemas con las llaves pero el anfitrión lo resolvió enseguida muy amablemente. Éramos solo tres personas pero en el alojamiento caben cómodamente cinco personas. Es silencioso. Muy próximo hay una pizzería estupenda. La cocina está muy bien montada, tiene lavadora, además de todo lo necesario. El alojamiento está a las afueras de Lucca, en un área de casas de campo muy agradable. El único inconveniente podría ser que es un tercero sin ascensor, pero para nosotros no fue problema.

Tako slabe izkušnje še nismo imeli do sedaj. Nastanitev so nam zaračunali skoraj po dvakratni ceni od cene iz spleta. Pričakali so nas z POS terminalom, preko katerega smo morali plačati preostanek plačila, ki je bil skoraj še enkrat toliko, kot je bila potrjena cena na bookingu, saj naj bi bili otroci navedeni z 0 let, kljub temu da sem vnesel starost vseh otrok (10, 12, 16 let).

Alcune pecche tra cui Porta del bagno rotta ed estremamente rumorosa quando si apriva. Tv non smart Pulizia non adeguata. Comodini e stipiti delle porte pieni di polvere, idem il pavimento così come la cappa della cucine con aloni di sporco.

Idéal pour une famille, très bon rapport qualité/prix

Grand appartement avec un salon, une grande cuisine et 2 chambres (la première avec un très grand lit et la deuxième avec 3 lits simples), idéal pour les familles. Le logement est dans un petit village très calme. Belle vue de la chambre sur le village et le château. Il y a une jolie terrasse, malheureusement le temps ne nous a pas permis d’en profiter. Notre hôte nous avait envoyé une petite vidéo nous donnant les explications nécessaires pour nous garer, trouver le logement et a toujours répondu très rapidement à nos questions. Très agréable et sympathique. Très bon rapport qualité/prix.

La dolce vita .

Très bel appartement, spacieux et très propre. Mes enfants et moi même avons apprécié le calme de l'endroit et son charme . Nous sommes allés à pied visiter les alentours, car la vue de l'appartement nous incitait à le faire. Le propriétaire est très à l'écoute et répond rapidement à toutes les questions. La proximité avec la ville de Pise en fait un atout supplémentaire. Nous reviendrons.....

Enttäuschend

Die geographische Lage ist optimal zwischen Lucca , Meer, Florenz, Bolgheri, Pisa und Siena. Das Bett war gut und der Lärmschutz fantastisch. In der Nähe gibt es eine Landstraße, eine Bahnlinie und ganz im Hintergrund eine Autobahn. Trotzdem relativ ruhig. Es gaben genug Schänke aber zu wenig Kleiderbügel. Die Wohnung wurde nach einer Woche total geputzt samt Geschirr weil wir uns beschwert haben. Handtücher und Bettwäsche wurden gewechselt. Der Boden war sauber.

Wir haben überhaupt kein Kontakt mit Michele gehabt. Die Kommunikation ging nur mit WhatsApp. Das wichtigste für ihn war die Touristensteuer. Das ganze Geschirr war ekelhaft, wir mussten alles selber spülen, eine italienische Kaffekanne hatte keinen Griff mehr. ( Er hat uns eine neue zukommen lassen) Es waren zu viele Teller aber keine Weingläser. Die Dusche hatte keine Handbrause und nach jedem Durchgang war alles überschwemmt weil die Dusche nicht dicht war. Durch die Feuchtigkeit war die Tür total verbogen. Schimmel war auch deutlich sichtbar. Im Wohnzimmer waren Sofa und Sessel durchgesessen. In der Küche ein Fernseher ( ? ) und nur Hocker mit einer sehr kleinen Rückenlehne. Auf dem Balkon ist kein Sonnenschirm . Als wir danach gefragt haben wurde uns geantwortet:" wir sind nicht am Meer hier es ist so ! " Unten im Hof konnte man nicht sitzen da wir sofort von "Zanzaren" (Stechmücken) überfallen worden sind. Oben Hitze und Stechmücken, unten nur Stechmücken! Das was unsere Wahl. Nachts brennt rum um das Haus Licht ( Wandleuchte) und die Fensterläden sind durchlässig. Für einen Tag oder zwei ist die Wohnung OK aber nicht für 14 Tage. Sonst ist die Gegend schön.
